Our warranties describe how we (herein “Chameleon Communications”, “whiteboardanimationservicesgroup.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, and protect personal information about you. Every explainer video created and delivered to our clients comes with the following warranties:

• All videos will be delivered in HD MP4 format or any of the following requested formats (WMV or AVI).
• All delivered video files will be ready for upload to YouTube, Vimeo, or any other video hosting platform without any data impairment.
• All created works will be considered original and will not overstep the copyrights of any third party.
• All final deliverables are the clients’. This means that you, the client, own every aspect of the video including the music, artwork, and creative. There are no ongoing licensing fees or copyright obligations to Whiteboard Animation Services Group/Chameleon Communications or associated entities.
